7 Billion...

I came across this National Geographic video, and despite the subtle dig at the United States (5 percent of the world's population consumes 23 percent of the world's energy...our gross domestic product is 24 percent of world GDP, which in my mind is enough justification for using that much energy...we also produce a lot) the video has a bunch of pretty cool facts and figures.  And even though National Geographic may think the U.S. is selfish and needs "balance", it's good to remember that we have opportunities in front of us to help our fellow brothers and sisters.
